We were thrilled with our stay at the Bristol Hotel! the room was incredibly spacious, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious walk-in shower. the central location was perfect, with a convenient bus stop right outside the door that took us to the city center and the castle in just 3 minutes. Plus, the hotel had a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the view.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their helpful and friendly nature made our experience truly exceptional.

The view of the lake, large rooms incl. WC/bath. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

The location was ideal as you can travel around free of charge by bus and the bus station is located opposite the hotel. The wonderful restaurant terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Too few glasses in the room (kitchen)

Spectacular views of lake and mountain from a rather characterless hotel on the outskirts of Montreux. Most of the building is occupied as a retirement home and I was visiting an elderly relative. It was thus very appropriate for this purpose.The staff were friendly and I was upgraded.

Awful architecture and internal decor!

Spent the New Year in a hotel with great views! Loved the spacious room and the fact that it had a separate lounge area. The location was perfect - right next to a bus stop, which meant free travel on all local buses. we got discounts for museums and attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good too.

The restaurant closed early which made it difficult to have dinner there. Finding space to put things in the room was a bit of a hassle as well.

Excellent location between Chateau Chillon and the center of Montreux, both within walking distance along the lake. Excellent service, flexible staff, nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice. In a good position for Xmas shopping in Montreux. Bus stop in front of the hotel and not so far from down town. You can also visit a very nice Castle that is to close to the hotel.

Stunning views and excellent service. When we arrived, we initially had a noisy room, but Marina, the hotel manager, swiftly moved us to a room with a breathtaking view of the lake. The staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and exceptional service.

The large rooms, the balcony and view, the morning breakfast, the quiet.

This is very minor, but would have preferred one large king or queen bed rather than two twins pushed together.

Good location and fantastic view. Big room.

Not enough breakfast on the buffe to be sufficient for all guests, not possibility for extra coffee. A special experience to be a guest in a house dominated by elderly people with advanced healthcare.

This hotel was fantastic - great value for money. The rooms were spacious, with a kitchen, big balcony and amazing views over Lac Leman. The service was terrific and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - just 500m from the commuter train station and situated in a mainly residential neighbourhood. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it with the wonderful view over the lake.

All was okay - no complaints at all!

Best Western provided us with great accommodation - generously proportioned rooms and great balcony with view of the lake and mountains. Bus stops right outside the door and the location was ideal, between Montreux township and Chateau De Chillon, access to the lakeside was also very easy.

Could not find any faults and would recommend to mature travellers..

The room in the ceiling floor has perfect view on Chillion castle and Lack view.
